We keep it simple.
Workroom Digital, LLC (“Workroom Digital,” “we”) collects only what we need to run engagements and communicate with clients. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this website.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), business name and website, and anything else you choose to share when you contact us, book a call, or engage our services. Form submissions and call bookings are stored in our client management platform, Google Suite. If you subscribe to our emails, we store your email address with our email platform, Google Suite. We don’t collect or store payment card details ourselves. Payments are processed by Paypal and Stripe. We also see basic, anonymous page-view data through Framer’s built-in analytics.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver our services, send project updates, send marketing emails or texts if you’ve opted in, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your information or share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our CRM, email, scheduling, payment, and hosting tools) and when the law requires it.
Health information
Please don’t send patient or other health information through our website, forms, or email.
Do Not Track
Our site doesn’t track you across other websites, so we don’t change how it works in response to Do Not Track signals.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security and contact
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Questions about this policy? Contact us at rico@workroomdigital.com or mail us at 1308 Cranesbill, Ct 205, Belcamp, MD 21017.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing rico@workroomdigital.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights, and we’ll honor reasonable requests from anyone.
Terms of engagement
Last updated Oct 2026
How we work together.
These terms apply to all engagements with Workroom Digital, LLC. They’re written in plain English and work alongside the proposal or service agreement you sign. If the two conflict, the signed agreement controls. If something isn’t clear, ask before we start.
Scope and fees
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or service agreement. Ongoing services (website subscriptions, local SEO, social media) are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 1st day of the month. Scope changes require a written amendment and may affect fees and timelines. Third-party costs such as domains, stock assets, software licenses, and advertising spend are billed separately.
Your responsibilties
Good results depend on timely feedback, content, and account access from you. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, and text you give us, and you’re responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of claims made about your business, including any industry advertising rules.
Results
We work to improve your visibility, calls, and leads, but rankings, reviews, and traffic also depend on factors we don’t control, including Google, Meta, and other platforms’ algorithms and policies. We can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Reviews and reputation
We help you ask for and respond to genuine reviews from real customers. We never write, buy, or post fake reviews, and we don’t selectively ask only happy customers for reviews. These practices violate Google’s policies and FTC rules and can get your listings penalized. For healthcare clients, review responses will never confirm or disclose patient information.
Health information
Our services aren’t designed to handle protected health information (PHI). Please don’t send patient information to us or collect it through forms we build unless we’ve agreed in writing to a compliant setup.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, the final deliverables created for you (such as your website design, copy, and brand assets) become your property. Third-party materials, including fonts, stock images, plugins, and platform software, remain subject to their own licenses. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methods. We may reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. If a website subscription ends, we will assist in transferring and exporting your website.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public client information as confidential, use it only to deliver your services, and don’t share it with third parties without permission, other than service providers who help us deliver the work and where the law requires. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before any substantive conversation.
Cancellation
Either party may end a project with 15 days’ written notice. Work completed to that point is billable at the prorated share of the agreed fee, and the upfront deposit is non-refundable. Ongoing services are [month-to-month after any minimum term stated in your proposal] and can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. We don’t refund partial months.
Liability
Our services are provided “as is,” and we’re not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 1 month before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harford County, Maryland.
