You’re great at what you do. But too many local business owners pay for marketing they can’t understand, get reports full of clicks and impressions, and still hear nothing but silence from the phone. That’s frustrating, and it’s not your fault.
Workroom Digital, formerly RHL Interactive, started in 2018 to fix that. We handle your website, local SEO, reputation, branding, and social media together, because they work best when they’re connected.
Eight years in, we still keep my client list small on purpose. You get faster replies, clearer answers, and someone accountable for the result. The goal is simple: a business that’s easy to find, easy to trust, and busy.

I lead every engagement myself. No account managers, no handoffs. We have tech specialists but I stay as your single point of contact.

I started this agency because too many local business owners were paying for marketing they couldn’t understand. They got reports full of clicks and impressions, but the phone wasn’t ringing. I wanted to build something simpler: a website that makes it easy to call, a Google profile that shows up when people search, and reviews that build trust before anyone walks through your door.
I keep the agency small on purpose. Every client works directly with me, so there are no layers of managers and no endless back-and-forth. You get fast communication, clear answers, and real accountability.
I’m based in Maryland and work with local service businesses and healthcare practices. Most businesses don’t need more marketing. They need marketing that’s built to bring in customers.
